Leadership School

 Christian Leadership School (CLS): This is where Christian leaders are trained and developed for the work of the Lord. Someone once said that you can love people without leading them, but you cannot lead people without loving them

Leadership guru, John Maxwell, says that “everything rises and falls on Leadership. ” Jesus Christ said that “I came that they may have life and have it abundantly” (John 10:10). He also challenged “everyone to whom much was given, of him much will be required, and from him to whom they entrusted much, they will demand the more” (Luke 12:48).

Listed below are the ways we are challenging and transforming students into Christian leaders.
1. Committed to Our Cause
Our entire mission and focus in CLS, from program content and teaching, is committed to Christian leadership development and enhancement in our students. The passion and energy our teachers and staff give to this cause are second to none.

2. Christian Leadership Class
We encourage any church leader, deacon, minister, etc  to take a Christian leadership where they will not only learn leadership theories and schools of thought, but grow in knowledge and confidence in their own leadership capabilities and gifts. This class also invites well known Christian leaders to talk and meet with our students about their personal trials and tribulations as leaders in their church, homes, and community.

3. Christian Leadership Seminars
Special leadership speakers are frequently brought in to challenge, inspire, encourage, teach, and provide tools for our students to grow in their own leadership capacities.

4. Christian Leadership Curriculum and Classroom Leadership Lessons
Each teacher and each class provide specific leadership lessons and challenges for our students to grow.

5. Christian Leadership Opportunities Outside the Classroom
CLS’s enrollment size provides the perfect environment for leadership opportunities for our students. Over 90% of our students are involved in various co-curriculars where they are entrusted as leaders of their teams and organizations.

6. Christian Leadership Scholarship

7. Chapel and Special Leadership Training Programs                                                                                                                               Students are exposed to the life and leadership lessons of Jesus Christ twice a week in a relaxed environment. Moreover, special guest speakers are constantly brought in to encourage student leadership development and growth.

8. Christian Leadership Modeling from Our Teachers and Staff
Our teachers and staff are renowned for the amount of individual time and attention they give our students. As Christian leaders themselves, our teacher are not perfect, but they are dedicated to each students spiritual well-being, intellectual, social, and leadership growth. Our teachers talk and teach leadership, and most importantly, live it day by day with our students.
